Hello, my name is Michael Sweetman. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science and have worked in the mental health field for 20+ years in inpatient settings and working as a crisis specialist on mobile crisis teams. I am a Veteran with the United States Air Force. I am an intern working on my Master of Counseling and want to focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), equine therapy, crisis, trauma, and substance abuse.
My goal is to collaborate with you to help find healthier and alternative ways to explore life's challenges and find meaning within daily living and functioning. I look forward to meeting with you as you begin your journey.
