My name is Tammy. I hold a Masters in Professional Counseling and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in the State of Arizona. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and affiliated with the National Board of Certified Counselors.I have 5+ years experience working in general mental health facilitating individual and group therapy. I enjoy guiding others through anxiety, depression, crisis, substance use, and trauma. I also provide counseling with our veteran population. I am certified in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) modality of therapy. I have an eclectic perspective, that is client centered and I use a trauma informed approach. I see each person as a unique individual and work to create therapeutic approaches that are centered around individual needs.
