Jacob Benites, LMSW
Hello! My name is Jacob and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Arizona. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Northwestern University in Illinois, before returning to my home state of Arizona where I completed my Master of Social Work program. I have been working in the fields of behavioral and mental health for the last 5 years in which I have spent time working in an inpatient facility with adolescents and adults, providing mobile crisis services to the community, and providing trauma therapy for individuals and groups.
I believe therapy should meet the needs of the person rather than a person meeting the needs of the therapy. I like to pull from varying modalities to ensure treatment is person-centered, trauma-informed, and empowering. My goal is to support people in growing towards their best-self and assisting along the healing journey. I look forward to meeting you.
