I draw from a variety of techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, somatic work, play-based methods, logotherapy, and solution-focused strategies. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in moving toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and purpose.
