Trying to move through each day while pretending everything is “fine” can be exhausting. Many people silently carry thoughts like, “Why can’t I just get over this? Why is it so hard to get out of bed, go to work, or take care of my responsibilities like everyone else?” If this sounds familiar, you don’t have to face it alone. Having someone who listens without judgment can make all the difference when you’re tired of keeping up the act and being hard on yourself.

I work with adults and children ages 9 and up who are navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or the challenges of chronic illness and pain. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel safe to share your story. Together, we’ll explore the patterns behind your feelings, build understanding, and develop practical ways to quiet self-defeating thoughts so you can move toward a life that feels lighter and more manageable.

I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
